Elderflower and Lemon Punch

Elderflower season is here. This punch is refreshing, delicious and super easy to serve.

Recipe is for one but multiply as much as you want.

30ml elderflower syrup

75ml white wine - a nice dry Picpoul

100ml sparkling water

3 slices of lemon

ice cubes

Fill glas with icecubes.

Pour in elderflower syrup, white wine and top with sparkling water.
Squeeze a slice of lemon.

Stir and top up with 2 lemon slices

Skål!
