Lime & Mint Cocktail

35ml Limoncello

70ml white wine

25ml lime juice

Lots of garden mint

Chill limoncello and white wine.

Pour into a big caraff, with lime juice and plenty of mint.

Top up with sparkling water or if you have a sweet tooth with lemonade.

Serve in chilled glasses

Perfect to make a whole caraff of when you having your friends over in the garden.
