Sustainability Award Nomination for Boda Bars

We are delighted to have been nominated for the Sustainability award for Scottish Bar and Pub Awards.

We are nominated because of our continual focus on sustainability.

  1. Deposit bottle system - anyone can bring in a plastic bottle which we recycle and they will get 20P off a hot drink.

  2. Using renewable energy supplier

  3. Refurbishing furniture rather than buying new

  4. Rehydrating cocktail garnishes so that we don’t waste fresh fruit.

  5. We are doing a Sustainable cocktails together with Absolut for Edinburgh Cocktail week
